Alli lives in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada and here she is with her beloved basset, Georgia the Destroyer. How, you ask, could this peacefully sleeping canine friend could possibly bear the title "Destroyer?"
Alli explains that Georgia gets her nickname "because she has an insatiable appetite for my high heel shoes, my husband's reading glasses, and any stuffed toy she encounters, guaranteed to be destroyed in 10 minutes flat.

is our 4 year old basset and our first dog, and we couldn’t have made a better pick than her. She is constantly entertaining us with her silliness, making us feel better with her constant devotion and love, and she is always happy to be around anyone who will love her back.

was just a puppy of 5 or 6 months old. We were sitting in the living room watching TV and drinking raspberry juice.

would not stay out of our juice. She thought it was the best thing ever (she’s always had a cast-iron stomach). We decided to put some in an old plastic container for her. So we filled the container about a quarter of the way full and put it in her room. After we left she came straight back out with the container in her mouth. All of the sudden her head flies to one side, flinging the container out of her mouth, and goes back into her room, almost as if she was saying – “what the hell was this doing in there?” We never laughed so hard as we did that day... and we haven’t stopped since."
